LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM

Make it through Court faster and easier.

LIFT’s interactive Legal Education Program provides free workshops on a wide range of family law issues, helping you put your best foot forward in Court.

Workshops are offered at our central offices in lower Manhattan. Click here for upcoming free workshops, offered in English and Spanish as noted. Refreshments are provided.

Are you a grandparent with custody of your grandchild?

LIFT also offers free Legal Information Workshops for grandparents who have custody (legally or informally) of their grandchildren. If you are a grandparent, or offer services to grandparents, email workshop@LIFTonline.org or call (212) 323-1122 to request more information about our community-based Grandparents Legal Education Program.

LIFT also holds a Grandparents Support Group for grandparent caregivers. Learn more here.

Do you need financial help to raise your grandchild? Learn about the Parent-Only Caregiver Grant.
